I love sharing the message of being on-purpose. It was a joy for me to give back to the health coaches at Take Shape For Life who helped me lose so much of myself - 50 pounds worth last spring. I'm still at my goal weight.
I'll be speaking again at the TSFL Go Global event in Orlando, April 16 and 17. It will be a joy to share the platform with Dr. Wayne Andersen and Dan Bell. I have huge respect for what these men have birthed in partnership with Brad MacDonald of Medifast, Inc.
At this event I will pick up on the theme I began at the National Convention of life as a question, period, or exclamation point. To set up this video clip, I'm referring to the TSFL logo and referencing the "green dot" in the middle of graphic on the left.
