Hi Mr. McCarthy, I hope all is well. I don't know if you know this, but we have your blog and site on Faithful Fish. That's how I arrived at your blog.
I just wanted you to know that I just launched a campaign to bring God back into the public schools. I was at a Fellowship Of Christian Athletes board meeting and they shared with me that in Florida people were trying to stop the FCA huddles in the morning. People are just going overboard with the whole politeness thing.
It made me think and I decided that if adults can take God out of the school then our youth can bring it back. So I founded the national "Dare To Wear Your Faith" campaign. The goal is to register 2,00,000 youth at www.daretowearyourfaith.com that they will wear their favorite Christian shirt (Christian band shirt, FCA shirt, Young Life etc...).
Imagine walking into a public school on that Wednesday and seeing over half of the population wearing Christian Shirts. Miracles so happen.
